Profile
I am a contemporary mixed media textile artist who specialises in print and stitch. Colour and detail are important elements to my work with detail being shown through the embroidery I create on each piece of work I make. Childhood nostalgia has been a major focus to my work with elements including puppets, antique toys, porcelain dolls, rocking horses and old fashioned teddies shining through. As well as this, animals as pets has been another key theme within my work with imagery based around my own pets and pets of family and friends being a major influence.
